Hi all:

this two articles are really interesting. what i most see in them is the importance of the family.
ReplyDeleteIn the first one Grace was always happy went her family will star singing the Beatles songs, especially " I Want To Hold Your Hand". For the second One was went the decide to odopt Annabelle that is a beautiful thing to do after that tragedy. I learnd that family the thing that matter most.
I have read the story about the Beatles and i realy like. It shows the real Love of music, and family. When i was young my Dad useto have all the Beatles tapes pictures and every thing about them. I can understand her point.
ReplyDeleteI liked both of the stories. Even though they were connected to each other, the second story hit me the hardest. The first story was good but I didn’t get an affect about it. I felt like it was just a story of a mother losing her child (witch yes is very sad) but there are many of those. In the second passage I understood the meaning behind both of the passages. Hood is talking about the risks you have to take in life. That the risk of loving someone especially can have a bright outcome or a dreadful outcome. Very good story!

I like the first story more than the second story because the mother and the daughter have both shared in common of liking the beatles.I think it is ironic that as a child, the mother like one beatle(John)more than the others, and didn't really like Paul. But the daughter like one beatle more(Paul)than other beatles, and didn't really like John.
